Today is the birthday of my younger daughter, Adrianna. For reasons I should not and will not get into publicly, please offer your special prayers for her and her siblings today. I would consider that the greatest act of charity any stranger could do for me.

Dear Heavenly Father, just as you care for the birds of the air and the lilies of the field, look with mercy upon your child, Adrianna, on this her birthday. Bless her and keep her. Guide her feet in your path for we know that there is nowhere on earth she can go from your presence. Fill her with the consuming fire of your Holy Spirit and raise her mind, body, and spirit to know you and love. For the mercy of Your Son's sake, Amen.
