Ordinary Work, Extraordinary Grace

Scott Hahn's new book is the second good one about Opus Dei to come along in two years, the first being John Allen's Opus Dei: An Objective Look Behind the Myths and Reality of the Most Controversial Force in the Catholic Church. I've always been impressed by the emphasis of "the Work" on sanctification through ordinary life. It's not an original idea, but for a variety of reasons it got rather lost in the Catholic Church for a long, long time and was overdue for recovery.
